"Last Saturday (9-18-21) about 10:30 AM. Entered your store and lady at counter seemed half asleep, leaning on shelf behind counter. No greeting to me or acknowledgement that I even mattered. I did not feel she even cared if I came to your store. She looked thru the sparkplugs, but did not find my request. Did say sorry, but no "Thanks for coming in or anything" She did not care anything of what I rode in on when I told her what sparkplug is for (Vintage Bultaco Alpina Enduro) Poor way of doing business. I shall go to the big motorcycle store in Lancaster always from now on, bypass your store."

"Bought my battery for my motorcycle under a lifetime warranty yrs ago and now cycle gear will not warranty my battery . Says it’s only lifetime for the battery they sold me .
I’ve exchanged my battery multiple times and know many people that have too and now they will not honor what they sold . Never shop at cycle gear again !"

I asked about helmets and he gave me information. The following day I came back bought my helmet and signed up for their app REVER .
